What are Public Records?
Information that is available to the general public, including criminal records, court judgments, sex offender records, bankruptcy records, marriage records, death records, birth records, property records. lien records, military records, and people records to help keep the public informed as well as assistance in locating people.
 
What countries does your service cover?
Our public record databases covers the entire United States only.  However we have databases coming soon to other countries such as Canada, Australia, and UK.
 
What can't I do with this data?
You may not use this data for pre-employment or tenant screening, to harm, harrass, stalk, injure or embarass individuals, to commit criminal acts, or to approve or deny credit. This information is not available to you to harm others.
 

Does ArchiveRegistry sell any non-public data?
We only deal in publicly available information. We are not a consumer credit reporting agency and do not compile financial information, tax records, credit reports, or any other non-public information.

Is My ArchiveRegistry Membership Deposit Non-Refundable?
Yes. Your membership to ArchiveRegistry is a deposit towards the usage of our pay-per-search databases which is non-refundable. Each time you make a search with our premium databases, we get billed by our suppliers for each search that you make which then gets deducted from your account. When limited results on a subject comes back, it is because that is ALL there was available in our databases for the search you purchased.
 
How long am I entitled to use the services of ArchiveRegistry.com
Depending on the membership that you select, we have a 5 year, 2, year and 1 year membership.
 
Can I Purchase Additional Search Credits As a Member and Get a Discount?
 
Yes. Members who have signed up and wanting to add additional premium search credits to their account can do so by clicking on the "Buy More Credits" link at the top right corner of their account.

If I Run Out of Premium Search Credits Can I Still Use Your Free Public Record Databases without having to buy more premium search credits?
Yes.
 
Can I share my membership account with others?
No. Your account is to be used by only you. If we catch anyone sharing their account with other people their account will be cancelled immediately without notification.

How often do you update your members area?
Our public record databases are being updated on a regular basis and you can rest assured that we strive 100% to provide all information available on each search subject that is permissible by law. To ensure we are always increasing the level of our service, a large portion of every sale gets re-invested back into new innovative features, enhancements, and databases which gets updated regularly. We are continually raising the bar to ensure we stay competitive and increase quality of service.
 
 
Why is your service so much cheaper than other public record services?
We have a good relationship with our public record data suppliers and are able to purchase premium searches at high volume discounts. This allows us to pass bigger savings over to you.
 
 
How do I register?
